Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping We ship throughout the United States via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM EST)
Free Shipping Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $200.
Local Pickup Prefer to skip the wait? We offer free in-store pickup at our location. Select "Pick up in store" at checkout and we'll notify you when your order is ready.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at [your email] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right.
